About The Position

Reporting to the Quality Supervisor at Conagra Brands' Louisville, KY facility, the Quality Coordinator will monitor HACCP, SSOP, and GMP programs. This role involves performing daily record reviews, food sensory evaluations, handling production holds and product releases, delivering training, and collaborating with production to resolve issues with out-of-specification products. The position also includes conducting routine audits of HACCP documentation, taking microbiological swab samples, and performing pre-operational line inspections. While there are no direct reports, the Quality Coordinator will provide guidance to quality assurance technicians, team managers, and line leads. The role requires the ability to routinely climb and lift up to 50lb boxes in a multi-climate environment.

Requirements

2+ years in a Quality Role within a manufacturing environment
Experience within packaging/food products industry
Prior HACCP experience
Knowledge of SAP
Understanding of FDA regulation

Responsibilities

Perform daily record reviews to ensure all quality and regulatory requirements are met.
Perform daily food sensory evaluation.
Handling all quality and food safety production holds and product release.
Deliver food safety and food quality training for facility team members.
Work with production on solution to problems resulting in out of specification products/product hold.
Perform routine audits of HACCP documentations and process.
Take routine microbiological swab samples.
Perform pre-operational line inspection.
