About The Position

The Quality Coordinator completes and performs tasks that support zero defects in build and assembly processes. The role supports customer satisfaction by supporting or leading problem solving on the floor, coaching and training team members on quality topics, and helping operations address quality concerns. The position is in a fast-paced automotive assembly and/or sequencing plant environment. Voltava is a global manufacturing and assembly partner with approximately 5,400 Team Members across 21 facilities worldwide. The company serves automotive, industrial, e-mobility, heavy truck, defense, and technology sectors. Travel is not required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of quality control experience.
At least 1 year of experience in an automotive manufacturing or assembly environment.
Commitment to achieving world-class performance standards.
Sense of urgency and focus on customer satisfaction.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate across different stakeholders.
Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, short-window automotive assembly and/or sequencing plant environment.
Basic math and computer skills.
Production system and module product knowledge.
Error-proofing knowledge.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949:2016 Quality Systems.
