About The Position
The Quality Control Manager provides quality-control expertise for operations and maintenance and facilities-maintenance services at the G. H. Mahon Federal Building/Courthouse in Lubbock, Texas, and surrounding areas including Midland, Amarillo, and San Angelo. The role focuses on inspections and quality control rather than performing service requests or preventive maintenance. The position supports a contract for which VWI is bidding, and any offer is contingent on contract award.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of recent quality-control experience on full-maintenance contracts for assets of comparable size, complexity, and characteristics.
Responsibilities
- Implement the quality control program.
- Oversee inspections.
- Train personnel.
- Analyze performance.
- Prepare and submit reports.
