About The Position

The On-Site Project Manager will oversee operations and maintenance (O&M) and facilities maintenance services at the G. H. Mahon Federal Building/Courthouse in Lubbock, Texas, and surrounding areas, including Midland, Amarillo, and San Angelo. The position supports a contract that VWI is bidding on; any employment offer will be contingent on the contract being awarded.

VWI provides facilities and infrastructure management services, including housing management, custodial services, facilities management, operations and maintenance, and professional services. Its work is intended to support defense and law enforcement customers through strategic, responsive, and mission-driven solutions.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of operations and maintenance or facilities management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a project management or supervisory role.
• Experience operating, managing, and supervising building mechanical maintenance for buildings of comparable size, complexity, and characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and maintenance services at the G. H. Mahon Federal Building/Courthouse in Lubbock and surrounding areas.
• Oversee facilities maintenance services at the Lubbock site and surrounding areas, including Midland, Amarillo, and San Angelo.
• Operate, manage, and supervise building mechanical maintenance for buildings comparable in size, complexity, and characteristics.
