About The Position

As a Plastipak Quality Auditor, you audit systems and processes related to the Quality program and help assure the Jackson Center site achieves high quality performance. The role is located in Jackson Center, Ohio, and pays $18.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential. The schedule is a 3-2-2-3 rotation, working 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, and 3 days off, on the night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Requirements

• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate issues and solutions clearly and professionally.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of in-process products and finished plastic containers in the lab, on the production floor, and in the warehouse to evaluate product quality.
• Use measuring instruments to measure dimensions and assess adherence to customer performance specifications.
• Regularly engage with Associates about product conformance.
• Develop knowledge and skills through varied training and on-the-job experiences.
