About The Position

As a Plastipak Quality Auditor, you audit systems and processes as they relate to the Quality program and help the Jackson Center site achieve high quality performance. The position is based in Jackson Center, Ohio, pays $18.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential, and follows a 3-2-2-3 rotation: three days on, two days off, two days on, and three days off. The night shift runs from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Requirements

• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate issues and solutions clearly and professionally.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of in-process products and finished plastic containers in the lab, on the production floor, and in the warehouse.
• Use measuring instruments to assess dimensions and adherence to customer performance specifications.
• Regularly engage with Associates about product conformance.
• Develop knowledge and skills through training and on-the-job experiences.
