Requirements

• Basic understanding of microbiology, HACCP, and pathogen reduction techniques.
• Knowledge of statistical process control and/or problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend English.

• Excellent attendance and work record.
• Excellent employee relations skills.
