About The Position

This mid-level role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit’s Commercial Business Units. Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including fuselages, pylons, nacelles, and wing components, using composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions. The position supports the Supplier Quality team by developing metrics, running and analyzing reports for management, and improving existing processes through automation and streamlining. This is a union-represented position.

Requirements

• Experience using SAP/MES.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and VBA programming to develop and troubleshoot macros.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Access, including building queries, reports, modules, and macros.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and M-Code formulas and the ability to build queries and dashboards.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to contact other organizations within the company to accomplish work assignments.
• Experience with HTML, Classic ASP (.asp), .aspx, .NET, and/or C# programming.
• Experience with SmartSheet.
• Experience with SQL programming and Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to provide the Supplier Quality team with desired metrics.
• Run reports and analyze their data for Supplier Quality management.
• Develop solutions to automate and/or streamline existing processes.
