Requirements

Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations support
Hands-on experience with logistics and QA systems
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel required; PowerPoint and Outlook preferred)
Strong data analysis skills with ability to interpret and present insights
Basic to intermediate SQL (database table) skills for data extraction and analysis
Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Knowledge of ISO standards or QA compliance processes
Experience in supply chain analytics or digitalization project

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day supply chain operations, including coordination of logistics activities
Work with logistics partners to monitor shipment status, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery
Support QA systems to ensure product quality, compliance, and proper documentation
Maintain and improve data accuracy within ERP and related systems (e.g., NetSuite)
Perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
Generate and maintain reports for supply chain, logistics, and quality performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, procurement) to support business needs
Assist in process improvement initiatives and system enhancements
