About The Position

Partnership for Children of Essex (PCE) is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist. We are looking for exceptional individuals who are motivated and committed to providing outstanding service each and every day to children and families in Essex County.

Requirements

  • Advance the mission, values and philosophy of the Partnership for Children of Essex on behalf of staff, children, and families
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
  • Minimum of one year of related experience required
  • Computer literate a must with proficient skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and an ability to learn new software that may be utilized in the agency’s quality assurance program
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills a must
  • Strong communication skills which are clear and effective, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong orientation to deadline and detail
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple projects
  • Decisive and exercises good judgement under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentially and use discretion in all matters

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of QA concepts or methodologies using statistical methods preferred
  • Knowledge of Children’s System of Care (CSOC) preferred
  • Knowledge of Power BI & Docu বিদ্যমান preferred
  • Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of critical data that will track, monitor, and improve the quality and efficiency of agency service delivery
  • Monitor the fidelity of Wraparound being completed within the agency i.e. scoring of Team Observation Measure (TOM), completion of WFI assessment tool, and additional surveys
  • Assist in the implementation of a Quality Management Plan consistent with regulatory expectations, and local goals and objectives
  • Organization and analysis of qualitative/quantitative data to solve problems and predict trends
  • As appropriate to specified data; code and verify data in accordance with specified research protocol and coding procedures and enter data into a computer database and/or spreadsheet application for subsequent analysis
  • Prepare required reports and provide recommendations and creative strategies for improvements and service enhancements
  • Develop or assist in the development of interview schedules; contact potential subjects to introduce and explain study objectives and protocol and to arrange interviews
  • Identify gaps in performance and assist in the implementation of performance improvement projects
  • Prepare materials for submission to granting agencies & foundations
  • Review and prepare Unusual Incident Review (UIR) reports to be submitted to CSOC in a timely manner
  • Preparation of monthly Team data reporting
  • Collaborate with agency departments on a consistent basis
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor
