Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Strong MS Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
Demonstrated interpersonal skills
Sound communications skills
Ability to work with minimal direction while maintaining focus and productivity
Ability to perform job functions with indirect supervision and work effectively as a member of a team and independently
Capable of working harmoniously with diverse personalities of co-workers, staff and customers
Requires regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work varying hours

Nice To Haves

Previous banking experience
Previous customer service experience

Responsibilities

Review output from multiple systems to the documents submitted by branch personnel and various departments throughout the bank. This includes but is not limited to New Accounts, Image Processing, Account Services maintenance, Call Center and setup maintenance, ATM setup and maintenance, online banking setup and maintenance.
Give input for best practices as it relates to current data input procedures, or the documents used for data input.
Log and verify multiple policy violations with complete accuracy.
