Leidos is seeking a Quality Assurance Support professional to provide quality management and process compliance support for a Hybrid SATCOM program. The selected candidate will support quality assurance activities associated with program execution, operational processes, documentation compliance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives supporting mission-critical operations. The Quality Assurance Support position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure the delivery of reliable, compliant, and high-quality products and services. This role supports the establishment of standards, methods, and procedures for inspection, testing, and evaluation activities across the product lifecycle, from design and development through delivery and sustainment. Responsibilities include monitoring quality metrics, identifying failure trends, analyzing post-delivery feedback, and recommending corrective actions to address procedural, product, or process deficiencies. The ideal candidate will assist with audits, inspections, process reviews, corrective actions, and quality reporting activities while ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational quality standards. This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams within fast-paced operational environments.
