About The Position
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan for a DOS contract. The Quality Assurance Manager Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan Develops and implements the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and Quality Control Plan (QCP). Oversees performance monitoring, quality audits, and ensures deliverables meet contract standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or contract compliance
- Experience developing and implementing QASP/QCP for federal contract
- Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
- Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
- Active Top Secret security clearance as required by the contract
- U.S. Citizenship

- Quality certification (e.g., ASQ, Six Sigma) preferred
