Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in injection molding
Minimum of 5+ years of management experience
Strong customer relations experience
Proficiency in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
Ability to read blueprints
Familiarity with Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Quality Engineering or equivalent experience
Detail-oriented mindset
Effective communication skills
Commitment to continuous improvement

Developing and implementing quality assurance policies
