About The Position

Would you like to work in Quality Assurance for P&G – one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers (2026)? We are looking to fill a current vacancy for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join our team in Brantford, Ontario at our Greater Toronto Fulfilment Centre (GTFC).

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Ability to periodically travel to our Calgary Warehouse
  • Experience leading teams and managing operations within a dynamic supply chain environment, ideally within a production or warehousing site and/or including third-party logistics (3PL) operations
  • Strong ability to manage and improve systems and processes, including experience with policy and procedure implementation, performance monitoring, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience in ensuring adherence to external regulations and internal policies, with a strong understanding of compliance principles and the ability to identify and mitigate operational risks
  • Solid understanding of quality control points and compliance requirements within warehousing, repacking/customization, and distribution processes for consumer products
  • Proven ability to identify and implement cost/effort savings and loss elimination activities within a operational or quality framework
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills to effectively partner with diverse organizational units, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to own critical operational decisions, including product flow, storage, and disposition
  • Basic Digital capability to effectively use digital tools such as PowerBI dashboards and ChatPG, etc. is a must.

  • Intermediate or advanced digital capability is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Quality Assurance and compliance in warehousing and distribution
  • Site QA Leadership for repacking/customization operations, leading Quality Assurance and compliance in Customization.
  • Facilitate investigation and risk assessment with applicable Organizational Units to effectively manage Quality non-conformances in the market, end-to-end from product manufacturing, to distribution, and to consumer and customer feedback
  • System owner of the site Quality Management System, recording activities related to policies and procedures, performance measurement and continuous improvement, and validation of site systems and processes
  • Ensures site compliance with relevant external regulations (e.g. Health Canada) and internal company policies and procedures
  • Lead and support Quality related value creation by identifying cost/effort savings and implementing loss elimination activities
