About The Position

The Quality Assurance Inspector monitors the cleanliness and appearance of assigned outdoor areas. The role involves extensive walking and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. The inspector identifies cleanliness issues, verifies that areas meet established standards, reports deficiencies, and follows up to ensure they are addressed. The position also documents recurring issues and takes initiative to help keep outdoor areas clean, presentable, and well maintained.

• Ability to perform occasional physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Walk extensively throughout assigned outdoor areas, platforms, walkways, and surrounding spaces to inspect custodial work.
• Identify graffiti, litter, debris, spills, and areas requiring additional cleaning.
• Verify that assigned areas meet established cleanliness standards.
• Notify appropriate personnel of deficiencies and follow up to ensure they are addressed.
• Document and report recurring issues or areas needing improvement.
• Take initiative to help keep outdoor areas clean, presentable, and well maintained.
