About The Position

The Quality Assurance Inspector performs and documents quality checks on products across manufacturing areas using an electronic database. The role communicates quality deficiencies to the production team to support timely correction, enters and verifies information in the electronic system, and works independently to document and resolve quality issues. The inspector is also responsible for resin tankers when shipments arrive, retrieving and reviewing Customer Service samples when flagged by the system, preparing end-of-shift reports, and auditing First Piece Articles, random audits, AQL inspections, and retain samples.

Responsibilities

Perform and document quality checks on products being produced in all manufacturing areas using the electronic database.
Communicate quality deficiencies found during audits to the production team to ensure timely correction.
Enter required information into the electronic system and ensure its accuracy.
Handle resin tankers when shipments arrive.
Retrieve and review Customer Service samples when flagged by the system.
Prepare end-of-shift reports using the electronic system.
Independently document and resolve quality-related issues.
Audit First Piece Articles, random audits, AQL inspections, and retain samples.
