About The Position

As a member of the Quality Assurance team, the Quality Assurance Coordinator works seamlessly with both the Project Management Team as well as the Installation Team and Sales Team to ensure a positive outcome for the customer. In this role, you will collaborate with team members to address and solve quality issues and ensure compliance with corporate quality policies and business objectives, to achieve the installation of products with superior value. The Quality Assurance Coordinator is on site confirming products and services provided are at a level that exceeds the customers' expectations. They are responsible for the punch list process and its completion, warranty related matters and all-around quality of product provided.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-punch inspections with Lead Installer and Project Manager (or Account Manager).
  • Inspect all furniture, focusing on locks, drawers, task lights, and electrified furniture pieces.
  • Photograph and document damages and missing product on prints in PlanGrid.
  • Mark installation issues with tape (adjustments and alignments) and include Eats & Client Requests.
  • Photograph the condition of the furniture in PlanGrid for record.
  • Conduct punch walks with the client.
  • Address issues identified during the pre-punch inspection.
  • Assure the client that issues will be resolved.
  • Conduct post-punch walkthroughs with the Installer and regroup with the Project Manager (or Account Manager).
  • Confirm that all installation issues will be resolved.
  • Provide the punch list to the internal team and process paperwork for replacements within 24-48 hours.
  • Send Eats and Client Requests to the internal team for Order Processing.
  • Update the Plan Grid punch list regularly and send it to the Internal Team and/or Client (including Eats).
  • Schedule install dates with the Service Provider and update the punch tracker.
  • Confirm completion of tasks.
  • Collect signed post-install reports, delivery tickets, and punch lists; send an email to verify.
  • Host weekly meetings to review CA and Warranty issues within the assigned Market.
