This role reports to the Reconditioning Manager or other designated manager and assures the quality of the Detail Shop process “First Time Right” is applied by Detailers. The Quality Assurance Coordinator communicates with the detail line staff concerning quality and production goals, expectations, and is the first point of contact per detail line.
