Quality Assurance Compliance Associate

About The Position
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Compliance Associate to join the Texas team. The role provides tactical site support for compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Health Authority requirements, and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards. The associate reviews and coordinates labeling artwork changes, collaborates with cross-functional teams to address problems and promote innovation using scientific principles, and applies specialized knowledge to make significant decisions in Quality Assurance Compliance. The role also supports implementation of the Quality Strategy and governance processes, identifies opportunities to improve process efficiency, and implements changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing applications such as SAP, LIMS, or Veeva.
Responsibilities
- Provide tactical site support to ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Health Authority requirements, and ISO standards.
- Independently review and coordinate labeling artwork changes driven by global lifecycle management, package engineering, and supplier quality teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving and innovation through scientific principles.
- Apply specialized knowledge to make significant decisions and perform tasks in Quality Assurance Compliance, contributing to overall organizational compliance.
- Facilitate implementation of the Quality Strategy and support governance processes.
- Identify opportunities for improved process efficiencies and implement changes.
