Quality Assurance Compliance Associate

About The Position
The Quality Assurance Compliance Associate provides tactical site support to ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Health Authority requirements, and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards. The role independently reviews and coordinates labeling artwork changes and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support problem-solving, compliance, and quality strategy implementation. This is a contract position with a possible extension.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing applications such as SAP, LIMS, or Veeva.
Responsibilities
- Provide tactical site support to ensure compliance with cGMP, Health Authority requirements, and ISO standards.
- Independently review and coordinate labeling artwork changes driven by global lifecycle management, package engineering, and supplier quality teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive problem-solving and innovation through scientific principles.
- Apply specialized knowledge to make significant decisions and perform tasks that achieve Quality Assurance Compliance objectives and contribute to overall organizational compliance.
- Facilitate implementation of the Quality Strategy and support governance processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and implement changes.
