About The Position

Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. This role requires excellent oral and written communication skills, previous experience managing successful IT projects with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to execute business process analysis and translate into IT operational support policies and procedures. The candidate should also have software testing experience (Automated or Manual) and be proficient in supporting agile development and project management tasks. The ideal candidate takes initiative and has the ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Previous experience managing successful IT projects with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to execute business process analysis and translate into IT operational support policies and procedures.
• Software Testing experience (Automated or Manual).
• Proficient in supporting agile development and project management tasks.
• Takes initiative.
• Ability to work independently.
• Azure DevOps for agile project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office O365 suite including Project, Excel, Teams, and Visio (scheduling, flowcharts, formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
• SharePoint site administration.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Experience with Compliance tools (ie. RSAM, Xacta360, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Deliver using Azure DevOps for agile project management.
• Utilize Microsoft Office O365 suite including Project, Excel, Teams, and Visio (scheduling, flowcharts, formulas, pivot tables, reporting).
• Perform SharePoint site administration.
• Utilize ServiceNow.
• Work with Compliance tools (ie. RSAM, Xacta360, etc.).
