We are seeking a QA Associate Manager to join our Growth Marketing Operations (GROMO) team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in marketing campaign testing and quality assurance, with expertise in audience segmentation, personalization logic, and campaign execution validation. This role requires a deep working knowledge of marketing deployment platforms—including how to build, test, and troubleshoot campaigns using systems like Iterable, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working within these platforms to design campaign logic, validate audience segmentation, resolve execution failures, and monitor post-send performance. You understand not just how to test campaigns, but how the underlying system logic impacts deliverability, targeting accuracy, and cross-channel orchestration. The primary focus will be on testing, diagnosing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging. You will work closely with marketing, CRM, and data teams to ensure flawless campaign execution and identify potential issues before launch. As Hinge Health continues to scale its marketing complexity, this role will also help evolve QA toward more automated, AI-assisted, human-supervised ways of working. At the P3 level, that means using AI and automation to improve the speed, consistency, and depth of campaign validation, while applying strong judgment to verify outputs, investigate anomalies, and recommend practical process improvements. This role is not expected to set the company-wide AI QA strategy, but it should actively contribute to a more modern, scalable quality practice through thoughtful experimentation and day-to-day adoption of new tools.
