About The Position
This role involves software testing with a focus on the Property & Casualty Insurance industry. The analyst will be responsible for managing requirements, test cases, and defects, as well as performing data testing. A key aspect of this role is the utilization of Generative AI tools to enhance testing activities and the ability to evaluate AI-generated testing artifacts. Familiarity with test automation and AI-enhanced testing tools is considered a plus.
Requirements
- 3–10 years of software testing experience and/or Property & Casualty Insurance industry experience.
- Experience with OpenText Quality Center/ALM (formerly HP ALM) for requirements, test case, and defect management.
- Experience with data testing, including writing SQL queries and working with XML and other structured data formats.
- Experience using Generative AI tools (such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to improve software testing activities, including test case generation, test data creation, documentation, and productivity.
- Understanding of AI-assisted testing concepts and the ability to evaluate and validate AI-generated testing artifacts.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks and AI-enhanced testing tools is a plus.
- Exposure to Property & Casualty Insurance is preferred.
