Requirements

  • Knowledge of state and federal FMLA regulations.
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with various internal partners including leadership.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and investigative skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 or more years of job related experience
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

  • Monitors quality indicators with a proactive approach and takes steps to reduce deficiencies.
  • Identifies and corrects process gaps within service channels, implementing solutions for better performance.
  • Prepares periodic reports on quality volumes.
  • Mitigate negative impacts and loss of business.
  • Supports project delivery by providing technical process expertise to align projects with established practices.
  • Conducts investigations and reviews of data practices to identify compliance issues and recommend actions.
  • Independently collect and analyze operational data, using standard tools to make recommendations that support departmental decisions.
  • Assess and evaluate projects deliverables and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Plans and conducts reviews of business data and metrics using standard methodologies, to identify weaknesses and recommend actions to improve performance.
  • Review and interpret information and provide advice to internal clients on an appropriate action, to comply with procedural and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain document audit trail of activities to protect and support the organization, and the business in delivery standardization.
  • Performs other duties as required.
