Requirements
- Knowledge of state and federal FMLA regulations.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact and collaborate with various internal partners including leadership.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and investigative skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 or more years of job related experience
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities
- Monitors quality indicators with a proactive approach and takes steps to reduce deficiencies.
- Identifies and corrects process gaps within service channels, implementing solutions for better performance.
- Prepares periodic reports on quality volumes.
- Mitigate negative impacts and loss of business.
- Supports project delivery by providing technical process expertise to align projects with established practices.
- Conducts investigations and reviews of data practices to identify compliance issues and recommend actions.
- Independently collect and analyze operational data, using standard tools to make recommendations that support departmental decisions.
- Assess and evaluate projects deliverables and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Plans and conducts reviews of business data and metrics using standard methodologies, to identify weaknesses and recommend actions to improve performance.
- Review and interpret information and provide advice to internal clients on an appropriate action, to comply with procedural and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain document audit trail of activities to protect and support the organization, and the business in delivery standardization.
