The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for leading quality assurance activities related to technology systems, enhancements, vendor updates, projects, and regression testing to support stable, reliable, and effective business operations. This position develops and executes testing strategies, test plans, and test scenarios based on business requirements, system changes, and operational needs. This role collaborates closely with internal departments, vendors, and end users to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify defects or process gaps, and promote continuous improvement initiatives. In addition to technology-focused work, the position may contribute to cross-functional organizational projects by applying quality review, testing, and process improvement methodologies to support successful implementation and operational outcomes. Schedule: Average of 40 hours per week
