About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System, conducting root cause analysis for product and process concerns, and implementing corrective actions. The analyst will perform internal quality audits, manage final inspection and dispatch controls, and review quality reports to drive improvements in consultation with the Quality Head. This position also coordinates continuous improvement programs, handles incoming part measurement, material inspection, in-process inspection, and vendor end inspection. Vendor audits, training vendors on quality requirements, and finalizing quality assurance plans are key responsibilities. The role involves improving and implementing system changes resulting from audits, periodic calibration of equipment, and imparting training. A focus on the 5S system, inspection process development, product improvement, root cause investigation for NCRs and customer complaints, and the use of statistical tools for analysis are essential. The analyst will also design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms, be authorized for material acceptance, and maintain inspection and test result records.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Quality Management System
  • Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for product and process related concerns
  • Perform Internal Quality Audits as per ISO 9001 requirements
  • Follow the controls established for final inspection and dispatch
  • Review quality reports and drive actions to improve quality in consultation with Quality Head
  • Coordination and driver of continuous improvement program
  • Incoming Part measurement & Material Inspection, in process inspection and vendor end inspection
  • Vendor audit and work with vendor for detailing them on quality requirement and finalizing the quality assurance plan
  • Improve and implement changes within the systems resulting from audit for continual improvement
  • Periodic calibration of all monitoring and measuring equipments & documentation of records
  • Impart training down the line as and when required
  • Implement 5S system
  • Focus on inspection process development and product improvement
  • Ensure root cause investigation and corrective actions for all NCRs and Customer complaints
  • Implement statistical tools to analyze nonconformities and customer complaints
