This role is responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System, conducting root cause analysis for product and process concerns, and implementing corrective actions. The analyst will perform internal quality audits, manage final inspection and dispatch controls, and review quality reports to drive improvements in consultation with the Quality Head. This position also coordinates continuous improvement programs, handles incoming part measurement, material inspection, in-process inspection, and vendor end inspection. Vendor audits, training vendors on quality requirements, and finalizing quality assurance plans are key responsibilities. The role involves improving and implementing system changes resulting from audits, periodic calibration of equipment, and imparting training. A focus on the 5S system, inspection process development, product improvement, root cause investigation for NCRs and customer complaints, and the use of statistical tools for analysis are essential. The analyst will also design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms, be authorized for material acceptance, and maintain inspection and test result records.
