Quality Assurance Analyst 1
About The Position
This position plays a key role in supporting Dexcom Logistics and Distribution Quality Operations in Mesa, Arizona. This is a high-volume warehouse where everything from full truck loads to small parcels are received and distributed to internal and external global customers. You will work independently and collaborate with internal teams to support and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Dexcom Quality Management System. You will work cross-functionally with Warehousing Operations and Quality Engineering to coordinate and process nonconforming material and ensure physical inventory is efficiently contained and managed end-to-end in accordance with approved procedures. You will bring exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Experience with nonconforming material handling.
- Familiarity with medical device Quality Systems Regulations 21CFR Part 820.
- Proficiency in ERP and QMS electronic database systems such as Oracle and Cloud PLM.
- Particular strength in data organization, reporting, and basic analytics using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years previous experience.

Responsibilities
- Support and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Dexcom Quality Management System.
- Coordinate and process nonconforming material.
- Ensure physical inventory is efficiently contained and managed end-to-end in accordance with approved procedures.
- Coordinate Quality Assurance tasks that improve processes and drive activities to achieve site goals and conformance to QMS requirements.
