Meet the team: This position plays a key role in supporting Dexcom Logistics and Distribution Quality Operations in Mesa, Arizona. This is a high-volume warehouse where everything from full truck loads to small parcels are received and distributed to internal and external global customers. Where you come in: You will work independently and collaborate with internal teams to support and continuously improve the effectiveness of the Dexcom Quality Management System. You will work cross-functionally with Warehousing Operations and Quality Engineering to coordinate and process nonconforming material and ensure physical inventory is efficiently contained and managed end-to-end in accordance with approved procedures. You will bring exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment. What makes you successful: Your success will be measured by the goals and competencies set by Dexcom Quality Assurance leadership, your ability to work well with others, an eagerness to learn new tasks and job duties, and communicate issues quickly with Dexcom leadership. You will have experience with nonconforming material handling and familiarity with medical device Quality Systems Regulations 21CFR Part 820. You take initiative to coordinate Quality Assurance tasks that improve processes and drive activities to achieve site goals and conformance to QMS requirements. You are proficient in ERP and QMS electronic database systems such as Oracle and Cloud PLM with a particular strength in data organization, reporting, and basic analytics using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
