About The Position

As a Qual PM at PRS IN VIVO, you will be part of a global team of project managers and ensure operational excellence and seamless project delivery in close partnership with the Insights team. Requirements

2–3 years’ experience in qualitative research project management (agency or client-side)
Strong understanding of recruitment and fieldwork processes
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Confident communicator with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

Manage project handover from Insights team lead
Develop and manage screeners (including approvals and translations if required)
Coordinate and oversee recruitment
Build and track timelines, ensuring key milestones are met
Book and liaise with venues, recruiters, and external suppliers
Coordinate moderators and translators where required
Organise fieldwork logistics (materials, stimulus preparation, shelf setups, online links, streaming, platforms, etc.)
Monitor respondent grids and ensure quality control during fieldwork
Act as the main operational contact for suppliers and partners
Ensure smooth collaboration between all stakeholders
Manage supplier invoicing and track project costs
Attend some studies (Virtual & in-person)
Assist with backroom management (arranging meals / responding to client requests)
Note-taking
Assist Insights lead with report writing
