As a Qual PM at PRS IN VIVO, you will be part of a global team of project managers and ensure operational excellence and seamless project delivery in close partnership with the Insights team.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in qualitative research project management (agency or client-side)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and fieldwork processes
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident communicator with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage project handover from Insights team lead
  • Develop and manage screeners (including approvals and translations if required)
  • Coordinate and oversee recruitment
  • Build and track timelines, ensuring key milestones are met
  • Book and liaise with venues, recruiters, and external suppliers
  • Coordinate moderators and translators where required
  • Organise fieldwork logistics (materials, stimulus preparation, shelf setups, online links, streaming, platforms, etc.)
  • Monitor respondent grids and ensure quality control during fieldwork
  • Act as the main operational contact for suppliers and partners
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between all stakeholders
  • Manage supplier invoicing and track project costs
  • Attend some studies (Virtual & in-person)
  • Assist with backroom management (arranging meals / responding to client requests)
  • Note-taking
  • Discussion Guide training and development
  • Assist Insights lead with report writing
