At CompRehab, the Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) plays a pivotal role in guiding injured workers, employers, claim representatives, physicians, and other key stakeholders through the complexities of workers' compensation claims. This dynamic role involves working closely with injured workers to assist them with medical care and vocational planning as they recover from injury, while adhering to MN Department of Labor & Industry vocational rehabilitation statutory and rule requirements. Delivering top-notch case management services is a key function. Experienced QRCs are encouraged to apply, but individuals requiring training and certification will be hired as a QRC Intern. The job title and responsibilities will be tailored to the candidate's experience and background. This is a work-from-home position that requires travel in and around the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, with some outstate travel. Applicants must reside in Minnesota.
