About The Position

Clearbrook, a non-profit social services agency, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) for its Rolling Meadows day program. The QIDP will serve as the primary advocate for clients, support their quality of life, and mentor a team of direct care staff. Clearbrook provides paid certification training for candidates who meet the state’s minimum qualifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in human services, social services, or a related field.
• At least one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license.
