Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist (QMHS) / Case Manager
About The Position
Renaissance Behavioral Health (RBH), a community mental health provider serving northeast Ohio, is seeking Qualified Behavioral Health Specialists (QMHS)/Case Managers to provide compassionate, accessible, client-centered mental health care. The role involves supporting individuals and families through challenging situations, helping them access care and community resources, and working toward healing and improved outcomes. QMHS/Case Managers conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalized care plans, advocate for clients, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and help clients navigate insurance benefits, transportation, crisis situations, and community resources. They also maintain meticulous documentation and support compliance through thoughtful case management.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of direct clinical experience working with individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges.
- Group therapy experience across a variety of treatment modalities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field.
