About The Position

Renaissance Behavioral Health (RBH), a community mental health provider serving northeast Ohio, is seeking QMHS/Case Managers to provide compassionate, accessible mental health care. The role involves supporting individuals and families through challenging circumstances by helping them access services, develop plans, and work toward recovery and stability. Requirements

• At least 2 years of direct clinical experience working with individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges.
• Experience with group therapy across a variety of treatment modalities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop personalized care plans based on clients’ strengths, goals, and needs.
• Connect clients with mental health services and community resources.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide client-centered care.
• Help clients navigate insurance benefits, transportation, crisis situations, and community resources.
• Build trusting relationships and provide consistent support to clients.
• Maintain thorough documentation and support compliance through thoughtful case management.
