About The Position

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a QC Associate I to support quality-control operations for the Autograph Operations team. Reporting to the Quality Control department, this role ensures autographs included in products meet quality standards, are properly inventoried and documented, and are delivered on time for production. The position is suited to candidates with an interest in sports, culture, and entertainment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to lift 10–15 pounds at once.
• Prior experience with data-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control inspections of sticker and on-card autographs, approving only those that meet quality standards.
• Analyze autographs to determine whether on-card or sticker autographs are acceptable or defective.
• Support receipt of sticker and on-card autographs by unboxing and staging items, and assist with data entry into Airtable/NCF as needed.
• Record critical information on QC Sheets in an organized manner, distinguishing autograph defects from acceptable autographs.
• Help securely store and organize high-value autographs in the inventory room, including shelving on-card autographs alphabetically by product.
• Use critical thinking and problem-solving to make timely decisions during the quality-control process.
• Organize and file important documents, including Witness Forms and certificates of authenticity (COAs).
