About The Position

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a QC Associate I to support quality-control operations for its Autograph Operations team. Reporting to the Quality Control department, this role ensures autographs included in products meet quality standards, are properly inventoried and documented, and are delivered on time for production. The position may suit candidates with an interest in sports, culture, and entertainment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to lift 10–15 pounds at once.
• Prior experience with data management systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect sticker and on-card autographs, ensuring only high-quality autographs pass inspection.
• Analyze autographs to determine whether sticker or on-card autographs are acceptable or defective.
• Support receipt operations by unboxing and staging sticker and on-card autographs, and assist with data entry into Airtable/NCF as needed.
• Record critical information on QC sheets, clearly distinguishing autograph defects from acceptable autographs.
• Help securely store and organize high-value autographs in the inventory room, including shelving on-card autographs alphabetically by product.
• Use critical thinking and problem-solving to make timely decisions during the quality-control process.
• Help organize and file important documents, including Witness Forms and certificates of authenticity (COAs).
