About The Position

The QA Technician performs quality control functions, including line inspections and audits, and inspects products to ensure they meet company specifications. The position ensures company safety guidelines and food safety requirements are followed and works closely with management to achieve production objectives. The role may also involve other duties as needed or assigned. This is a full-time, salaried non-exempt position on the second shift, with hours that are flexible as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Dependable and enthusiastic.
• Leadership skills.
• Good people skills and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Attention to detail.
• Good math skills.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Physically capable of performing line work.
• Self-starter.
