About The Position

The QA Technician is responsible for inspecting products at different stages of development to ensure they meet consistent standards. The role includes performing visual inspections, recording quality issues, and planning processes to reduce product defects. The position also supports documentation, manufacturing record review, ERP data entry, and quality assurance processes to help ensure finished products meet or exceed GMP standards. Duties may include work outside the listed responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years in a comparable clerical or manufacturing position.
High school diploma required.
Intermediate mathematical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
General computer concepts.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Working knowledge of ERP or other inventory tracking software.
Ability to multitask.
Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require.

Nice To Haves

Some college experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Create new Batch Control Worksheets from signed-off customer specifications.
Compile and maintain master formulas and bills of material documentation to ensure accurate, quality finished products that meet or exceed GMP standards.
Complete ERP entries for item master keys, bills of material, and lab releases.
Review manufacturing batch records before they are released to Production.
Compile, implement, and maintain deviation records and QA releases.
Compile and maintain records of document form changes, deviation records, and QA releases.
Create and maintain Microsoft Access database files.
Update Batch Control Worksheets based on change requests received from the Sales department.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
