Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in accounting, administrative support, customer service, collections, operations, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
Ability to identify discrepancies and troubleshoot issues.
Organized approach and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented.

Nice To Haves

Experience using Excel, spreadsheets, accounting systems, billing software, or other business systems is strongly preferred.
Travel industry or GDS experience is helpful but not required.
