About The Position

The QA Auditor focuses on quality assurance for outgoing orders. The role requires flexibility as company needs change, along with cross-training, computer skills, and time management. The auditor checks that outgoing products match the Final Layout, including the item and color, imprint position, imprint straightness and legibility, and imprint color as listed in the Final Layout and PMS Book when applicable.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to inspect products accurately and analyze defective pieces effectively.
• Ability to provide accurate reports and update system information when applicable.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work cooperatively, collaboratively, and individually.
• Ability to remain calm and patient in potentially stressful situations.
• Positive attitude and appropriate behavior.
• Good attendance is required.

Nice To Haves

• Some experience in quality or inspections.

Responsibilities

• Verify that the item and color match the Final Layout.
• Verify that the imprint is in the same position as the Final Layout.
• Verify that the imprint is straight, clear, and legible.
• Verify that the imprint color matches the color listed in the Final Layout and the PMS Book, if applicable.
• Inspect products accurately and analyze defective pieces effectively.
• Provide accurate reports and update information in the system when applicable.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in appropriate functions.
• Work cooperatively, collaboratively, and independently.
• Follow company policies and maintain appropriate workplace behavior.
