Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, administrative support, customer service, collections, operations, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and digital tools.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and troubleshoot issues.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable, coachable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review a consistent queue of transactions and reconcile records for accuracy.
• Process refunds, exchanges, and corrections.
• Research discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Document findings and maintain accurate records.
• Support weekly financial and operational reporting.
• Assist with process improvements and quality assurance reviews.
