Clair is seeking an IT Support & QA Engineer to manage the day-to-day technology in their NYC office and support the QA team. This role is primarily IT support, focusing on office infrastructure, employee technology, and onboarding/offboarding. When IT tasks are light, the individual will contribute to the QA team by performing manual testing, contributing to test automation, and conducting integration and E2E testing for Clair's On-Demand Pay platform. The role is expected to be approximately 75% QA and 25% IT, with IT taking priority. This is a mandatory in-office position, five days a week in NYC.
