Requirements

Some college education or equivalent work experience
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with desktop computer environments
Ability to communicate positively and professionally with all internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines
Must be detailed-oriented and able to effectively prioritize and organize workload, with efficient time management
Must be customer focused and quality driven
Ability to travel as business needs dictate - less than 5%

Responsibilities

Review all courseware prior to delivery for any production related errors.
Ensure grammar and spelling are correct.
Ensure that the images, text, videos and audio files are in the correct places.
Ensure translated materials are accurate between the text and audio.
Ensure courses look and sound consistent and professional.
Ensure each course registers an accurate training record in the Alchemy Platforms.
Write effective and concise bug tickets describing any issues discovered.
Manage ongoing deadlines and tasks efficiently.
Research and develop informational PowerPoint presentations on competitors to share with internal stakeholders.
Able to fill in for the Quality Assurance Specialist for PTO and absences if needed.
Site and translation glossary maintenance as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
