About The Position
We are seeking a QA Automation Analyst II with ServiceNow experience for a contract position in Lake Mary, FL. This role involves analyzing business requirements, supporting user acceptance testing, and ensuring the quality of ServiceNow applications through automation. The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and multi-task. This position requires the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience with the ServiceNow suite of applications.
- Experience in ServiceNow QA.
- Knowledge of software testing tools and processes.
- Experience implementing ATF and setting up test scripts with ServiceNow.
- Ability to analyze business requirements.
- Ability to support user acceptance testing.
- Strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance.
- BA or BS degree.
Responsibilities
- Develop repeatable test procedures for ServiceNow applications.
- Execute tests and work with software engineers to identify and resolve defects.
- Implement ATF (Automated Test Framework) and set up test scripts within ServiceNow.
- Analyze business requirements and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Manage time effectively and multitask to meet project deadlines.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
