About The Position

Triunity Software is seeking a detail-driven QA Analyst to join its growing team in Calgary, Alberta. The role is responsible for helping ensure software products meet quality standards before reaching customers. The QA Analyst designs and executes manual and automated tests, identifies and tracks defects, collaborates with cross-functional partners, and helps improve QA processes within an Agile development environment.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a QA Analyst or software testing role.
Proficiency with test management and bug-tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
Experience with manual testing methodologies and test case development.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear defect reporting.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Postman.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for software applications.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
Review and analyze system specifications to ensure testability and completeness.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, frameworks, and best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
