Requirements

5 to 7 years of experience.
A growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.
Strong background in retail or apparel merchandising with seasonality-heavy businesses.
Strong experience with Akeneo Implementation.
Experience with product lifecycle, assortment planning, and remodeling data models across PLM, ERP (ideally SAP), and PIM/PXM.
Ability to facilitate workshops and align multi-disciplinary teams on business definitions and requirements.
Good knowledge of data governance practices regarding product and seasonal attributes.
Fluency in English.
Applicants must be situated in Ontario or Québec.

Responsibilities

Partnering with technical consultants to translate business needs into data models.
Running cross-functional workshops.
Producing deliverables such as process maps, business requirements, user stories, and decision logs.
