About The Position

ADP is hiring a Service Delivery Consultant II. This role is for individuals who enjoy uncovering and delivering creative solutions to complex problems, overcoming challenges, thinking dynamically, and taking risks to help their team and clients achieve success. The position is in a collaborative, forward-thinking technical support environment. The Service Delivery Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert in Autopay/Mainframe and act as a primary support liaison between COS, internal partners, and clients, providing application and technical support for all versions of ADP's product offerings while delivering excellent service. The role involves varied daily tasks due to diverse client questions and solutions, with support from top-ranked training and 1-on-1 mentorship. The ideal candidate will adapt quickly to technically challenging and ambiguous situations, possess a teaching mindset to help internal payroll teams understand complex technical concepts, and build rapport and trust with clients through clear and professional communication. The role requires the ability to handle pace and multi-tasking.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Working knowledge of Autopay/Mainframe is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • The ability to provide support for product / application issues and assigned ADP software and applications.
  • The ability to analyze conditions and errors as they relate to the client or database platform and provide resolution paths.
  • Product knowledge including but not limited to: Vantage, Enterprise (Versions 5 and 6), MyADP, and SMS/Netsecure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to Managed Payroll Teams, Clients, Relationship/Success Management, Implementation, and COS Shared Services groups.
  • Resolve client application questions or problems related to system setup, product functionality, security setup, workflow, and product enhancements, as well as other service issues in payroll and HR.
  • Utilize knowledge and expertise of tools including Autopay, PTCS, MR2000, PMEI, iServ, PMF, CEH, Siebel CRM, Enterprise, Vantage, ADPR, iProducts, and SMS/Netsecure to resolve escalations/issues.
  • Provide mentorship to Service Delivery Consultants I & IIs.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to better service clients.
