The role
As a PXM Business Consultant, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 5 to 7 years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.
You will thrive in this role if you are:

Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)

Requirements

• Strong background in retail or apparel merchandising with seasonality-heavy businesses.
• Strong experience with Akeneo Implementation
• Experience with product lifecycle, assortment planning, and remodeling data models across PLM, ERP (ideally SAP), and PIM/PXM.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and align multi-disciplinary teams on business definitions and requirements.
• Good knowledge of data governance practices regarding product and seasonal attributes.
• Fluency in English
• Open for applicants situated in Ontario or Québec.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with technical consultants to translate business needs into data models
• Running cross-functional workshops
• Producing deliverables such as process maps, business requirements, user stories, and decision logs
