About The Position

This position is part of the Power Generation Division, responsible for NextEra Energy's non-nuclear generation operations, exceeding 40,000 megawatts (MW) of installed capacity. The role is based at the Singer Solar Site and involves the operation and maintenance of solar PV collection assemblies, battery energy storage, and AC/DC inverters across multiple solar power plants to ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operations. The employee will be responsible for maintaining tools, shops, vehicles, and work locations in a safe and efficient condition, conducting inspections of fluid systems, mechanical components, and electrical components, and troubleshooting issues that prevent inverters from producing grid power.

Requirements

• High School Grad / GED
• 1+ years of experience
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
