Arcadis is seeking an enthusiastic Pursuit Coordinator to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding transportation business in Canada. The position fosters strong relationships with external suppliers and partners to ensure all collateral stands out for quality, timeliness, and value. Collaboration with technical specialists and our talented Graphic Design Team brings creative pursuit materials to life, while engagement with our Global Excellence Centers and Global Sales Support Center helps advance our capabilities and global reach. Pursuit Coordinators are at the heart of a collaborative team, driving efficient workflows, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring pursuit outputs are always of the highest standard.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Pursuit Coordination or Project Management
• Aptitude for learning InDesign
• Knowledge of Market to Opportunity (MtO) and Pursuit to Win (PtW) processes and tools
• Bachelor’s degree or vocational equivalent

Nice To Haves

• APMP Foundation certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Pursuit Directors and Leaders throughout the Market to Opportunity (MtO) and Pursuit to Win (PtW) phases, collaborating closely to complete a broad range of tasks.
• Provide daily advice and guidance to bid team members to share best practices and ensure the bidding process is followed.
• Support Apprentice and Assistant Pursuit Coordinators in carrying out their duties, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Create bid management spaces and collaboration hubs during the MtO phase.
• Set up meetings and workshops and attend sessions to capture key actions and intelligence during the MtO phase.
• Schedule regular catch-ups and formal meetings.
• Support the Pursuit Leader in completing MtO actions.
• Undertake research to inform the pursuit strategy.
• Monitor client procurement portals.
• Maintain accurate records in Oracle Sales Cloud.
• Facilitate or independently develop win themes for pursuits up to $0.5 million.
• Help set up and maintain pursuit plans during the PtW phase.
• Schedule key meetings during the PtW phase.
• Ensure all incoming documents and tender queries are shared with the team.
• Produce documents, presentations, and other materials to a clear brief.
• Collate corporate information for Pre-Qualification Questionnaire submissions.
• Monitor client portals for updates.
• Maintain deliverable lists and actions.
• Set up templates.
• Ensure compliance and consistency checks are carried out.
• Support both junior and global staff.
• Plan team communications.
• Facilitate answer planning for smaller pursuits.
• Demonstrate strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills, proactively guiding a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Review and improve bid processes.
• Create class-leading Microsoft templates.
• Ensure professional presentation of all pursuit materials.
